100% organic and produced in small batches, this Cretan mountain tea was hand-picked by Gregory Pappas and naturally dried for six months. Sideritis grows high in the mountains of the Mediterranean; the Cretan variety is prized for its fragrant, gently herbal character.

Steep the dried stems and flowers in hot water for a soothing, aromatic cup. Enjoy it on its own or with a spoonful of Greek honey and a slice of lemon.
