Shipping policy

Shipping options, delivery availability, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.

Complimentary shipping

Eligible non-bakery orders of $250 or more receive complimentary ground shipping within the continental United States. Bakery products are excluded from this offer.

Mixed orders and separate shipments

You may place one order containing products from multiple Pappas Market makers and suppliers. Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages, and each applicable shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.

Greek Bakery orders

Our bakery products are baked to order by our partner bakery in New York City and shipped within 24 hours after baking. Bakery products are available for delivery within the continental United States only.

Bakery products may be purchased in the same checkout as other Pappas Market products, but they ship separately and their shipping charge is calculated independently. Free-shipping offers do not apply to bakery items.
