Shipping policy

Shipping options, delivery availability, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.

Complimentary shipping

Eligible non-bakery orders of $250 or more receive complimentary ground shipping within the continental United States. Bakery products are excluded from this offer.

Greek Bakery orders

Our bakery products are baked to order by our partner bakery in New York City and shipped within 24 hours after baking. Bakery products are available for delivery within the continental United States only.

Because bakery products are prepared and fulfilled separately, they cannot be combined in the same shipment with other Pappas Market products. Separate shipping charges apply.

Separate shipments

Products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages. When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.
