Shipping policy
Shipping options, delivery availability, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout for each applicable shipment, regardless of order value.
Print-on-demand shipping
Customers pay shipping and handling for all print-on-demand products, regardless of order value. These charges may include fulfillment costs and allowances for supplier shipping taxes and fees, and are displayed before payment.
Online delivery for print-on-demand art prints, framed prints, posters, and canvases is currently available to the contiguous United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Greece, Germany, and Australia. Availability depends on the product and quantity. For other destinations or bulk orders without an available checkout rate, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Mixed orders and separate shipments
You may place one order containing different Pappas Market products. Items made or shipped from different locations may arrive in separate packages, and each applicable shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.
Greek Bakery orders
Our bakery products are baked to order in New York City and shipped within 24 hours after baking. Bakery products are available for delivery within the continental United States only.
Bakery products may be purchased in the same checkout as other Pappas Market products, but they ship separately and their shipping charge is calculated independently.
Agourolado preorders and pantry items
When Agourolado is purchased with other Greek Pantry items, the available pantry items will be held and shipped with the olive oil when the preorder is ready. Customers who request earlier shipment of available pantry items will be responsible for the additional shipping charge. Made-to-order products and other items shipped from different locations may still arrive separately.
