Koulourakia
Traditional “Paschalina” koulourakia made with imported ingredients from Greece. Koulourakia are also known as “Pashalina,” because they’re eaten on Easter, or “Pasha” in Greek.
Most Greek biscuits are Lenten, but the “Pashalina” are intended to break the fast. Pi Bakerie's recipe is native to the northern Greek region of Epiros and includes a tinge of freshly squeezed orange juice for added flavor.
